February 9 (SeeNews) - Bosnia's Federation government said the due diligence at its telecommunications companies, BH Telecom and HT Mostar, will be completed by the end of September.
"According to the plan for the in-depth analyses of the telecommunications companies, the report is due to be submitted to the government by the end of September 2018," the government said on Thursday following its weekly session.

It noted that the companies will not be put up for privatisation this year and that the due dilligence will recommend ways to improve their business operations, which may not necessarily mean privatisation.
The International Monetary Fund has hinged the release of its second loan tranche to Bosnia and Hercegovina, under its three-year programme with the country, on the initiation of due diligence at BH Telecom and HT Mostar.
The Federation government controls a 90% stake in BH Telecom and 50.1% of HT Mostar.
