September 18 (SeeNews) - Diversified holding company Djuro Djakovic [ZSE:DDJH] led the blue-chip gainers' list on the Zagreb Stock Exchange on Monday, bourse data showed.
Djuro Djakovic's shares closed 2.94% higher at 27.98 kuna.
Hotel operator Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] generated the highest trading turnover of 3.6 million kuna. The company's share price declined by 2.8% to 42.56 kuna.
Shipping company Uljanik Plovidba [ZSE:ULPL] paced the blue-chip decliners as its share price fell 6.06% to 155 kuna.
The bourse's total trading turnover decreased to 11.9 million kuna ($1.9 million/1.6 million euro) on Monday from 21.4 million kuna on Friday.
The 25-share benchmark CROBEX index of the ZSE declined 1.36% to 1,796.61 points, after falling 0.68% on Friday.
The narrower of the bourse's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, fell 1.24% to 1,066.49 points after declining 0.53% in the previous trading session.
The fixed-income CROBIS index declined 0.03% to 111.0028 points.
