September 20 (SeeNews) - Croatian hotel owner and manager Dalmatie Group, part of Hungarian asset management group Indotek, said on Wednesday it plans to invest more than 16 million euro ($17 million) to renovate two hotels in Cradac, an Adriatic resort in Croatia's south.
The investment plan envisages upgrading hotel Labineca and reopening the 275-room hotel Laguna, which has been closed for several years, Dalmatie Group said in a press release.
Following the planned upgrade, the three-star Labineca, which has 216 rooms, will become a 4-star facility. The reconstruction works will start at the end of September and will be completed before the summer of 2025.
The project to revitalise hotel Laguna is in preparatory phase and the reconstruction works are scheduled for next year.
This year, Dalmatie Group completed 3.5 million euro development projects in its marina Kremnik and the Adriatik Kamp campsite in Primosten on the Adriatic coast.
