December 6 (SeeNews) - Cyprus-registered company Polyscias Enterprises has acquired Bulgarian marble and limestone processing company Koprivlen Mramor 97 in a deal worth 3 million euro ($3.5 million), a check in the Bulgarian commercial registry shows.
The Bulgarian company has approved the deal in a shareholder meeting on April 24, 2017, Koprivlen Mramor 97 said in a filing to the commercial registry.

The deal has been closed in May, 2017.
The Bulgarian company owns the concession rights for extraction of limestone at the Plochata deposit near Mezdra, according to local media Capital.bg. The 25-year concession contract was signed in July 2008.
