May 25 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Industrial Holding Bulgaria (IHB) [BUL:4ID] said on Friday that Cyprus-based Venside Enterprises has cut its stake in the group by selling a total of 1.75 million IHB shares in two transactions.
Venside Enterprises sold 200,000 IHB shares on May 21 and a further 1.55 million shares on May 23, with both transactions priced at 0.96 levs ($0.59/0.50 euro) per share, the Bulgarian holding company said in a statement.

IHB provided no further details in its statement.
The number of shares represents 1.63% shareholding interest in IHB, according to data from the Bulgarian commercial register.
Last week, Venside Enterprises sold 201,265 IHB shares in two transactions priced at 0.96 levs per share.
Venside Enterprises sold 98,725 IHB shares for 0.97 levs apiece on May 8, and a further 4.19 million shares for 0.95 levs apiece on May 10, cutting its stake to 8.42%.
Venside Enterprises sold a total of 3.1 million IHB shares in April. In the previous month, Venside Enterprises sold a total of 4.0 million IHB shares.
