September 5 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Zenit Investment Holding [BSE:5Z2] said on Thursday that Cyprus-based Covotsos Textiles has acquired a 28.58% stake in the company for an undisclosed price.
Zenit Investment Holding did not name the seller.

The transaction was carried out on September 3, Zenit Investment Holding said in a statement.
Three private investors - Bistra Ilkova, Velichka Sakahyan and Rumen Panayotov - each holding 9.53% of the diversified group's capital, have sold their entire stakes to an unknown buyer through deals also concluded on September 3, Zenit Investment Holding said in a separate statement on Thursday.
As at 15:50 CET Zenit Investment Holding traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange 3.03% higher at 6.80 levs ($3.8/3.5 euro) apiece.
