December 28 (SeeNews) - Czech industrial property developer CTP said that it has delivered a new warehouse with an area of 10,000 sq m in its CTPark Bucharest West logistics park to Romanian retailer Profi.
As a result, Profi has reaches 67,000 sq m of leased space in the logistics park, CTP said in a press release on Tuesday.
The newly leased warehouse will benefit from a photovoltaic park with an installed capacity of 3 MW and an estimated output of around 4,100 MWh per year, CTP added.
Profi currently has 28,000 employees in more than 1,640 stores operating in 770 localities.
CTP is a full-service commercial real estate developer which builds, manages and delivers custom-built, high-tech business parks throughout Central and Eastern Europe. In Romania, the company owns warehouses with a total surface of 2.3 million sq m in 15 cities.
