September 15 (SeeNews) - Czech real estate developer CTP said on Friday that it has completed the structure of the first phase of its CTPark Arad West industrial park in Romania's western city of Arad.
The first phase, scheduled for completion in the first quarter of next year, comprises some 44,000 sq m and is already over 40% pre-leased, CTP said in a press release.
Upon completion, CTPark Arad will have some 100,000 sq m in multiple buildings of different types, both for medium and large companies. It will provide a high quality, efficient storage facility for products and/or raw materials, being equipped with environmentally friendly features to ensure energy and cost efficiencies for tenants.
CTP is a full-service commercial real estate developer which builds, manages and delivers custom-built, high-tech business parks throughout Central and Eastern Europe. In Romania, the company owns warehouses in 15 cities with a total area of 2.5 million sq m.
