March 26 (SeeNews) - Czech real estate developer CTP said on Thursday that it has acquired Equest Logistic Park in Romania for 30 million euro ($33 million) from Dutch-registered holding and finance company Forum Serdika.
Equest Logistic Parkl, located near Bucharest, covers an area of 11 ha and has a diversified tenant base which includes nationally and internationally important retailers, logistics and light-production players, such as Garrett, the Elmec Group, Hilti, BDG Group, Telekom, CTP said in a press release.

The project has a gross letable area (GLA) of 57,000 sq m.
"We are decided to increase our stock of logistics and industrial spaces which is now at 1.2 million sq m GLA of A-Class warehouses spread throughout Romania. Equest Logistic Park has an ideal location from our business perspective – actually inside CTPark Bucharest, it creates synergies with the rest of our portfolio in the same location," CTP Romania’s country manager Ana Dumitrache said.
CTP is a full-service commercial real estate developer which build, manage and deliver custom-built, high-tech business parks throughout Central and Eastern Europe.
In Romania, it operates industrial parks in 15 locations.
