September 6 (SeeNews) - Croatian closed-end investment fund Slavonski Zatvoreni Alternativni Investicijski Fond (SZAIF) [ZSE:SLPF] will cover its net loss of 134,700 euro ($144,300 euro) reported for last year with future profit and will change its name, its fund manager said.
An annual shareholders’ meeting of the fund held on September 1 approved the decision about the net loss, as well as a decision to change the name to Inspirio ZAIF, alternative investment fund manager Inspire Investments said a filing to the Zagreb bourse last week.
Last year, the shareholders decided to cover SZAIF's net loss of 21.2 million kuna ($3.1 million/2.8 million euro) reported for 2021 with future profit.
The fund's shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse September 1, ending 7.44% higher at 2.60 euro.
