June 15 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Zagrebacka Banka [ZSE:ZABA] said on Friday it is selling a portfolio of retail and corporate non-performing loans worth a total 245.7 million euro ($284.9 million) to the Croatian unit of Norwegia's B2Holding ASA, B2 Kapital.
ZABA and B2 Kapital concluded a deal on the transaction on June 15, after gaining approval from Croatia's central bank, the Croatian lender said in a Zagreb bourse filing.
ZABA provided no further details.
