June 29 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Zagrebacka Banka [ZSE:ZABA] said that following the latest share buyback it holds 217,636 of its own shares, representing 0.07% of the issued share capital.
On June 28, Zagrebacka Banka (ZABA) completed the acquisition of 6,136 own shares, representing 0.002% of its share capital, it said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.
On March 26, ZABA announced the launch of a programme for the repurchase of 60,000 of its own shares by the middle of April. On April 19, it withdrew 271,544 acquired shares, representing 0.08% of its share capital, and distributed them among its employees.
On May 24, ZABA decided to buy back a further 550,547 of its shares by July 30. The repurchased shares will also be given to its employees.
