July 6 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Zagrebacka Banka [ZSE:ZABA] said on Friday it has concluded the sale of a portfolio of retail and corporate non-performing loans worth a total 245.7 million euro ($287.7 million) to the Croatian unit of Norway's B2Holding ASA, B2 Kapital.
Zagrebacka Banka (ZABA) and B2 Kapital concluded a deal on the transaction on June 15, the lender said in a Zagreb bourse filing.
ZABA provided no further details.
