September 26 (SeeNews) - Croatian textile company Varteks [ZSE:VART] said on Wednesday it has appointed Ivan Perkovic as its new director, to replace Zoran Koscec.
From September 26, Koscec will fill the role of Varteks' consultant for strategic projects, Varteks said in a Zagreb bourse filing.
Perkovic joined Varteks in July this year, after being a board member of RALU Logistika. Prior to RALU, he was employed with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
Koscec has headed Varteks since 2005. During his tenure the company has undergone intensive restructuring.
Varteks, Croatia’s leading garment manufacturing and sales company of today, was founded in 1918. The company's own brands include Phillipe Vartin, Luis Fabre, Edora, Focus, Varteks International, and Di Caprio.
