February 18 (SeeNews) - Croatian hospitality company Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] has reached an agreement with the local trade unions on the payment of a 13th salary in the net amount of 5,000 kuna ($764.2/674.7 euro), the company said on Monday.
Valamar will pay a 13th salary to all full-time employees and all workers that have worked for at least ten months in 2019, it said in a statement. The money will be paid out by December 2019.
Moreover, Valamar Riviera will pay seasonal workers bonuses of between 1,200 and 2,000 kuna, depending on the months they have worked. This year the hospitality company will also pay all full-time employees Christmas bonuses in the amount of 2,000 kuna.
The Valamar Riviera Group owns two brands - Valamar Hotels & Resorts and Camping Adriatic listing 22 hotels, seven apartment resorts, two hostels and ten camp sites. It can accommodate some 43,000 guests daily.
