March 6 (SeeNews) - Croatian hospitality group Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] said on Wednesday it has increased its own shareholding to 2.5361%.
On March 4, the company purchased 24,172 of its own shares, representing 0.0191% of its share capital, whereas on March 5, it acquired a further 10,107 shares, representing a stake of 0.0080%, Valamar Riviera said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Following the last transaction, the company holds 3,196,230 of its own shares.
Valamar Riviera Group owns two brands, Valamar Hotels & Resorts and Camping Adriatic featuring 22 hotels, 7 apartment resorts, 2 hostels and 10 camp sites. Its facilities can accommodate some 43,000 guests daily.
The company shares traded at 33.20 kuna ($5.0/4.4 euro) on the ZSE as at 11:22 CET on Wednesday, down 0.9%.
