May 14 (SeeNews) - Croatian hospitality group Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] said on Tuesday it has increased its own shareholding to 2.7131%.
On May 10, the company purchased 17,096 own shares, representing 0.0135% of its share capital, Valamar Riviera said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
On May 13, Valamar acquired a further 14,870 units, representing 0.0117% of the company's share capital.
Following this transaction, the company holds 3,419,279 of its own shares.
Valamar Riviera Group owns two brands, Valamar Hotels & Resorts and Camping Adriatic featuring 22 hotels, 7 apartment resorts, 2 hostels and 10 camp sites. Its facilities can accommodate some 43,000 guests daily.
