March 19 (SeeNews) - Croatian hospitality group Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] said on Tuesday it has increased its own shareholding to 2.6187%.
On March 15, the company purchased 39,745 of its own shares, representing 0.0315% of its share capital, Valamar Riviera said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
On March 18, Valamar bought a further 8,200 units, representing 0.0065% of its share capital.
Following the last transaction, the company holds 3,300,408 of its own shares.
Valamar Riviera Group owns two brands, Valamar Hotels & Resorts and Camping Adriatic featuring 22 hotels, 7 apartment resorts, 2 hostels and 10 camp sites. Its facilities can accommodate some 43,000 guests daily.
The company's shares closed at 33.60 kuna ($5.1/4.5 euro) on Monday, up 1.20%.
