February 7 (SeeNews) - Croatian hospitality company Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] said on Thursday it has increased its own shareholding to 2.4947%.
On February 5, the company purchased 1,210 of its own shares, representing 0.0009% of its share capital, Valamar Riviera said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Following the latest transaction, the company holds 3,144,105 of its own shares.
The consolidated Valamar Riviera Group owns two brands, Valamar Hotels & Resorts and Camping Adriatic listing 22 hotels, seven apartment resorts, two hostels and ten camp sites. It can accommodate some 43,000 guests daily.
The company's shares traded at 34.00 kuna ($5.2/4.5 euro) on the ZSE at 10:10 CET on Thursday, unchanged from Wednesday's close.
