March 1 (SeeNews) - Croatia's blue-chip hotel owner and manager Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] said it will propose to distribute a dividend per share of 0.2 euro for 2022.
The dividend in the overall amount of 24.4 million kuna will be paid out of the company’s retained profit for 2019, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange published after the end of the trading session on Tuesday.
Record date is April 28, ex-dividend date is April 27 and payment date is May 10. The shareholders will vote on the proposal on April 24.
Last year, Valamar Riviera paid out a dividend of 1.20 kuna ($0.17/0.16 euro) per share out of undistributed profit for 2018 and 2019.
The company’s shares traded 1.13% higher at 4.46 euro on Wednesday morning on the Zagreb bourse and the bourse put them in the segment of monitoring following the announcement of the dividend proposal.
