November 13 (SeeNews) - Croatian shipping company Uljanik Plovidba [ZSE:ULPL] has increased its own shareholding by 0.002% to 5.69% of total share capital, it said on Tuesday.
In the period between November 9 and 12, Uljanik Plovidba lifted its own shareholding to 32,972 shares by repurchasing ten shares at 84.10 kuna ($12.7/11.3 euro) apiece, it said in a Zagreb bourse filing.
The company did not provide further details.
