November 19 (SeeNews) - Croatian shipping company Uljanik Plovidba [ZSE:ULPL] has increased its own shareholding by 0.002% to 5.69% of total share capital, it said on Monday.
On November 15, Uljanik Plovidba lifted its own shareholding to 32,985 shares by repurchasing 13 shares at 79.0 kuna ($12.2/10.6 euro) apiece, it said in a Zagreb bourse filing.
The company did not provide further details.
