August 31 (SeeNews) - Croatian construction company Tehnika [ZSE:THNK-R-A] said its shareholders decided on Tuesday to cover the company's consolidated loss of 18.1 million kuna ($2.9 million/ 2.4 million euro) for 2020 with future profit.
The parent company's net loss of 24.9 million kuna for 2020 will be also covered with future profit, Tehnika said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.
Last year, its shareholders decided to cover its consolidated loss of 78.8 million kuna and the parent company's loss of 122.2 million kuna for 2019 with 60.9 million kuna from its reserves and to pay the rest with its future profits.
Tehnika's shares last traded on Monday, closing 2.21% lower at 177 kuna.
