October 21 (SeeNews) - Croatian construction company Tehnika [ZSE:THNK-R-A] said it has signed a contract with local engineering company Ivicom Consulting for construction works, to be carried out at the oil refinery of oil and gas company INA [ZSE:INA-R-A] in Rijeka.
The contract envisages the construction of a silo and a transformer power station, Tehnika said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse on Wednesday. It did not disclose the value of the deal.
Tehnika's shares last traded on October 11, closing 0.92% higher at 220 kuna ($34/29 euro).
INA's shares last traded on Wednesday, ending 0.60% higher at 3,380 kuna.
