May 17 (SeeNews) - Croatian shipping company Tankerska Plovidba plans to publish a voluntary takeover bid for the 5.35% interest it does not already own in hotel owner Turisthotel [ZSE:TUHO], the law firm representing Tankerska in the transaction said on Wednesday.
Tankerska Plovidba would target all of the shares that it does not hold, except those on which any kind of burden has been set, the law firm Mamic, Peric, Reberski, Rimac said in a statement.

Turisthotel's equity capital of 28.2 million euro ($30.6 million) is divided into 366,756 shares with a par value of 76.98 euro each. Tankerska Plovidba owns 347,137 of the shares.
In March, Tankerska Plovidba offered to pay 610.53 euro per Turisthotel share to minority investors, targeting the 60.66% interest that it did not own back then. In that takeover bid, it bought 199,019 shares representing 54.26% of the equity capital of Turisthotel, the law firm said back then.
Turisthotel’s shares last traded on May 12 on the Zagreb bourse, closing flat at 600 euro.
