February 5 (SeeNews) - Croatian real estate company Stanovi Jadran [ZSE:STJD] said on Wednesday in has been in talks with a potential buyer of its 89% stake in Bosnian tourism, hospitality and trade company Winter.
The talks have not been completed yet and the seller will inform the investment public about their result in due course, Stanovi Jadran said in a short statement with the Zagreb bourse.

It did not reveal the name of the interested buyer.
Winter is based in the city of Travnik in central Bosnia. It was not immediately clear who owns the remaining 11% of its capital.
The shares of Split-based Stanovi Jadran have not traded on the Zagreb bourse where they are listed. Local firm Jadran Kapital is its majority owner with 60.2%, followed by a custodian account at the local unit of Addiko Bank with 26.2%, while the remainder belong to small shareholders, bourse data showed.
