May 18 (SeeNews) - Croatian hotel management company Solaris [ZSE:SLRS] said on Thursday it has proposed to its shareholder to skip dividend payment this year.
The company proposes to its shareholders to allocate its net profit of 4.8 million kuna ($690,000/637,514 euro) for 2022 to cover losses from previous years, it said a filing to the Zagreb bourse.
The shareholders will vote on the proposal on June 29.
Last year, the company decided to cover losses from earlier periods with its 2021 net profit of 3.2 million kuna.
The company’s shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on May 15, ending flat at 106 euro.
