ZAGREB (Croatia), January 14 (SeeNews) - Croatian tourism company Solaris [ZSE:SLRS] said on Thursday it is considering delisting its shares from the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
The company plans to call a general shareholders meeting to vote on the planned delisting, it said in a filing to the ZSE.
The shareholders who will vote against the delisting can request the company to buy back their shares for a price that will be determined based on the average trading share price in the three months before the shareholders meeting.
Solaris' shares traded 5.77% higher at 550 kuna ($88.1/72.7 euro) on the ZSE by 1510 CET on Thursday.
