A total of 2.8 million kuna ($398,800/372,000 euro) out of the lender's net profit of 3.7 million kuna for 2021 will be retained and the remaining 919,395 kuna will be set aside as reserves to buy the bank's own shares, it said in filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) last week.
The shareholders will vote on the proposal on June 27.
