August 22 (SeeNews) - The main equity indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) closed mixed on Tuesday, compared to their closing values the previous day, as food, beverages and pharmaceuticals producer Podravka [ZSE:PODR] gained the most among the blue chips, bourse data showed.
Podravka's shares ended the session at 138 euro, up 1.10%, ZSE data showed.
At the other end, software company Span [ZSE:SPAN] lost the most - 2.60%, to close at 60 euro.
The 15-share equity index CROBEX closed the session 0.39% lower at 2,440.75 points. The CROBEX10, which tracks the top ten issuers in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, inched up 0.02% to 1,462.05 points.
The total on-exchange turnover increased to 1.3 million euro ($1.4 million) on Tuesday from 832,772 euro on Monday.
Hotel operator Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] generated the highest single trading turnover on the bourse on Tuesday - 230,661 euro. Its shares went up 0.69% to 4.36 euro.
