January 30 (SeeNews) - In 2022, retail sales increased in real terms by 2.1% compared to the previous year, the country's statistical office said on Monday, quoting working-day adjusted figures.
According to its earlier data, retail sales volume increased in real terms by 12.1% in 2021, after a decline of 5.8% in 2020.
Alone in December 2022, Croatia's retail sales volume dipped by a real 0.8% on the year, following a revised increase of 1.6% in November, the statistical office said in a press release.
On a monthly comparison basis, seasonally- and working-day adjusted retail sales volume fell by 0.8% in real terms in December, following a revised increase of 0.3% in November.
