June 9 (SeeNews) - The Zagreb stock exchange said on Thursday it has approved the listing of shares of Croatian investment company Quattro Logistika and trading in them will start on June 13.
The bourse approved the listing of 32,500,005 Quattro Logistika regular shares with a nominal value of 10 kuna each on the regular market segment, the Zagreb Stock Exchange said in a filing.
The company was set up in May 2021 for investments in industrial and logistics capacities.
Its equity capital totals 325 million kuna ($46 million/43 million euro).
Following a capital increase in July last year, its majority shareholder are pension funds managed by management company PBZ/CO with 60%, followed by pension funds managed by Erste Plavi with 20% and insurer Croatia Osiguranje, according to its website.
