September 7 (SeeNews) - Croatia's medical services provider Poliklinika Sinteza said on Wednesday it has taken over local peer Poliklinika Fides for an undisclosed sum.
By this acquisition, Sinteza starts expansion on the local market and keeps on expanding the range of medical services it offers, Sinteza said on its Facebook profile.

The name of the seller was not disclosed. Sinteza did not respond to an email from SeeNews seeking comment about the deal by the time this article was published.
Split-based Poliklinika Fides was set up in 2016 and provides physical rehabilitation services.
Sinteza is a private medical institution which was established in 2008 by Jeannette Gjuric and Mislav Gjuric. It offers otorhinolaryngology, aesthetic plastic surgery, aesthetic medicine, anti-aging general surgery, gynecology and obstetrics services, its website shows.
