August 8 (SeeNews) - Croatian privately-held do-it-yourself and consumer electronics retailer Pevec will open a 45 million kuna ($6.8 million/6.1 million euro) retail park in the city of Vukovar, the company said on Thursday.
The retail park will spread on an area of 2,200 square metres, Pevec said in a press release.
The project started at the end of July with the purchase of a building in the Vukovar economic zone.
"We will not stop here. We plan to build a few thousand square metres of business facilities which will complement this project", said Jurica Lovrincevic, CEO of Pevec.
The retail centre will be built next to a business centre, which spreads on an area of 5,000 square metres.
The Pevec retail park will feature fashion shops, bars, restaurants and leisure facilities.
