December 13 (SeeNews) - Croatian fertiliser producer Petrokemija [ZSE:PTKM-R-A] said on Wednesday it will boost its capital by up to 450 million kuna ($70.1 million/59.6 million euro) to up to 492.9 million kuna by issuing new shares.
Petrokemija will issue up to 45 million new shares with a nominal value of 10 kuna each, it said in a Zagreb bourse filing.
The shares will be issued in one round, with a five-day subscription period. Priority rights held by existing shareholders will be completely excluded.
The capital hike will be considered successful if shares worth at least 400 million kuna are subscribed to.
Petrokemija's current capital totals 42.9 million kuna and is divided into 4,290,393 shares.
