January 5 (SeeNews) - Croatian fertiliser producer Petrokemija [ZSE:PTKM] said on Wednesday it will consider a proposal to delist its shares from the Zagreb bourse.
The management board and supervisory board will hold meetings on January 10 to discuss a proposal for the withdrawal of the company's shares from the regulated market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, the company said in a filing to the bourse without elaborating.
If adopted, the proposal will then be put to the vote by the company's general assembly of shareholders.
Petrokemija's shares traded at 35 kuna ($5.3/4.7 euro) on the ZSE intraday on Wednesday, down 5.41%.
