June 14 (SeeNews) - Croatia-based investment company Provectus Capital Partners (PCP) said its subsidiary Adria Dental Group has invested in dental clinics Rident and dental laboratory Ridental.
“With this investment, Adria Dental Group becomes the largest dental group in the region, with more than 350 employees, more than 60 surgeries, and over 140 dental professionals, with annual revenues of over 25 million euro ($26 million),” PCP said in a statement last week. It did not disclose the value of the investment.

PCP did not reply to a SeeNews e-mail seeking details of the deal by the time this story was published.
Adria Dental Group consists of four clinics and four laboratories in Zagreb, Solin, Rijeka, and Porec, “with additional regional expansion planned by the end of the year,” according to the statement.
Rident, which was set up 19 years ago by Zeljko Miljanic, has been the leading dental clinic in Croatia for years in terms of both the number of patients and the number of procedures.
“We are proud that the largest clinic in the region has joined Adria Dental Group, making the group stronger for another outstanding clinic, all with the aim of providing our patients with the highest level of quality and service, with a team of leading experts and cutting-edge technology. We strongly believe that our patients will continue to recognize this”, Gordan Muskic, president of the management board of Adria Dental Group, said in the statement.
Last month, PCP said it has invested in special hospital for orthopedics and general surgery Dr. Nemec, thus beginning the process of creating Aviva Medical Group.
In April PCP announced the final closing of its Adriatic Structured Equity Fund (ASEF fund), in which it has raised 94 million euro, emerging as the largest private equity fund in the Adria region. Since first closing in August 2020, assets under management increased by 38.5 million euro, or by 70%, the company said.
