February 15 (SeeNews) - Croatian lender Privredna Banka Zagreb [ZSE:PBZ-R-A] said on Thursday it plans to pay a dividend of 15.19 kuna ($2.5/2.0 euro) per share from its 2017 net profit.
Last year the bank paid out a dividend of 25.33 kuna per share for 2016.
The dividend proposal will be put to the vote at a general assembly scheduled for March 28, PBZ said in a Zagreb bourse filing.
Privredna Banka Zagreb is a member of Italian banking group Intesa Sanpaolo.
