June 19 (SeeNews) - The share indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) rose on Wednesday, as telecommunications services provider Optima Telekom [ZSE:OPTE] led the blue-chip gainers, bourse data showed.
Optima's shares added 2.75% to 5.60 kuna.
Shipping company Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL] paced the blue-chip losers on Wednesday, as its shares lost 4.48% to 320 kuna.
Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] generated the highest trading turnover among the blue-chip companies, of 3.5 million kuna.
ZSE's total trading turnover rose to 10.7 million kuna ($1.6 million/1.4 million euro), from 4.3 million kuna on Tuesday.
The 25-share benchmark index CROBEX added 0.08% to 1,901.57 after falling 0.46% in the previous trading session.
The narrower of the ZSE's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, increased 0.37% to 1,117.88 after decreasing 0.79% on Tuesday.
The fixed-income CROBIS index rose 0.08% to 114.2900.
