October 5 (SeeNews) - Loans to Croatia's non-central government sector increased by 3.2% year-on-year at the end of August, reaching 235.7 billion kuna ($36.4 billion/31.4 billion euro), after an annual rise of 3.5% in July, the central bank said.
Corporate loans totalled 84.5 billion kuna at the end of August, down 1.0% month-on-month and 0.4% lower year-on-year, the central bank said in a monthly report last week.
Along with loans to corporations and households, the figures include loans to local government bodies and other financial institutions.
