July 13 (SeeNews) - Croatia's net electricity production grew 26.9% on the year in May, reaching 924 GWh, the country's statistical office said on Friday.
On a monthly comparison basis, electricity output dropped from 1,186 GWh in April, the Croatian Bureau of Statistics said in a press release.
Croatia's electricity imports decreased to 1,011 GWh in May from 1,092 GWh in the same month last year, while exports rose to 466 GWh from 405 GWh.
Month-on-month, electricity imports dropped 4.8% in May, while exports fell 46.4%.
Electricity made available to the domestic market amounted to 1,466 GWh in May, up from 1,377 GWh in April and from 1,388 GWh in May 2017.
