December 14 (SeeNews) - Croatia's net electricity production rose 0.8% on the year in October, reaching 875 GWh, the country's statistical office said on Friday.
On a monthly comparison basis, electricity output grew 11.7% in October, the Croatian Bureau of Statistics said in a press release.
Croatia's electricity imports grew to 1,065 GWh in October from 1,004 GWh in the same month last year, while exports increased to 461 GWh from 392 GWh.
Month-on-month, electricity imports went up 3.3% in October, while exports rose 35.6%.
Electricity made available to the domestic market amounted to 1,463 GWh in October, up from 1,455 GWh in September but down from 1,469 GWh in October 2017.
