July 13 (SeeNews) - Croatia's net electricity production decreased by 19% on the year in May, reaching 728 GWh, the statistical office said on Thursday.
On a monthly comparison basis, electricity output dropped by 12.5% in May, the Croatian Bureau of Statistics said in a press release.

Croatia's electricity imports rose to 1,092 GWh in May from 964 GWh a year earlier, while exports fell to 405 GWh from 496 GWh.
Month-on-month, electricity imports increased 6.3% in May, while exports plummeted by 17%.
Electricity made available to the domestic market amounted to 1,388 GWh in May, up 2.7% on the month and 2.2% on the year.
