March 24 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Slatinska Banka [ZSE:SNBA] said that local investment fund management company Maverick Wealth Management has purchased 80,200 shares in the bank, representing a 9.46% of its share capital.
After the transaction, Maverick Wealth Management holds a 9.9% stake in Slatinska Banka, the lender said in a bourse filing on Tuesday.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed in the filing.
Slatinska Banka's shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on March 22, closing at 47 kuna ($7.3/6.2 euro), up 17% from the previous trading day.
