August 29 (SeeNews) - Croatian spirits and soft drinks producer Maraska [ZSE:MRSK] said on Tuesday its shareholders decided to distribute no dividend for last year.
The company’s entire net profit of 248,683 kuna ($36,000/33,000 euro) reported for 2022 will be used to cover losses from previous years, Maraska said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Last year the shareholders decided to cover the company’s loss of 1.5 million kuna for 2021 with future profits.
Maraska's shares last traded on the ZSE on December 23, 2021 when they closed 3.97% higher at 65.50 kuna.
