October 31 (SeeNews) - The main equity indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) rebounded on Monday on gains in shipping company Atlantska Plovidba and hotel owner and operator Valamar Riviera, bourse data showed.
The 19-share CROBEX added 0.25% to finished at 1,928.91 points. The narrower index CROBEX10, which tracks the top ten companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, went up 0.32% to close at 1,140.92 points.
IT company Span [ZSE:SPAN] was the most traded company with turnover of 1.2 million kuna ($157,400/159,300 euro). Its shares surged 5.02% to end flat at 251 kuna on the news that its consolidated net profit after one-offs rose 162% on the year to 39.4 million kuna in the first nine months of 2022.
No other share registered a turnover above the one million kuna mark.
Shares of Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] rose 1.03% to close at 29.30 kuna in a turnover of 878,100 kuna.
Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL] ranked third by turnover with 481,000 kuna. Its shares increased 1.85% to end at 386 kuna following news that its net profit rose to 143.7 million kuna in the first nine months of this year, up from 90.8 million kuna in the same period of 2021.
The bourse's regular trading turnover fell to 5.9 million kuna from 7.8 million kuna on Friday.
