January 18 (SeeNews) - The main equity indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) ended higher on Wednesday for a second day in a row, despite a drop of turnover, bourse data showed.
The bourse's total trading turnover fell to 757,000 euro ($817,000) from 1.2 million euro on Tuesday.
The 18-share CROBEX climbed 0.68% to end at 2,068.45 points. The narrower CROBEX10, which tracks the top ten issuers in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, rose 0.92% to finish at 1,201.26 points.
Hotel owner and manager Riviera Valamar [ZSE:RIVP] was the most traded company with a turnover of 198,200 euro as its shares added 0.25% to end at 4.02 euro.
Shares of electrical equipment manufacturer Koncar Elektroindustrija [ZSE:KOEI] surged 4.24% to close at 123 euro in a turnover of 86,000 euro. Index heavyweight Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE: HT] gained 1.25%, to finish at 24.30 euro in a turnover of 20,300 euro.
The prices are quoted in both euro and kuna.
