April 20 (SeeNews) - The main equity indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) edged higher on Thursday, as shares of shipyard Brodogradiliste Viktor Lenac [ZSE:VLEN] were in the spotlight, a bourse data showed.
The bourse's total trading turnover reached 969,000 euro ($1.063 million) from just 635,000 euro on Wednesday.
The 15-share CROBEX ended 0.10% higher at 2,266.50 points. The narrower index CROBEX10, which tracks the top ten issuers in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, climbed 0.18% to close at 1,302.32 points.
The two most traded companies were consumer goods distributor Atlantic Grupa [ZSE:ATGR] and software developer SPAN [ZSE:SPAN] with turnovers of some 200,000 euro and 184,000 euro respectively, as their share prices ended unchanged, at 51.50 euro and 57.80 euro.
The biggest daily gainer was Brodogradiliste Viktor Lenac. It gained 6.67% to close at 4.61 euro as 21,503 of its shares changed hands. It is part of the wider equity index.
