October 29 (SeeNews) - The main equity indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) lost ground on Friday, reversing strong gains on Thursday, as listed companies continued to release their nine-month results, bourse data showed.
The ZSE's blue-chip 21-share benchmark CROBEX ended the trading day at 2,032.51 points, down 1.25%.
The narrower of the ZSE's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the top 10 Crobex components in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, lost 0.66% to finish at 1,249.75 points.
Telco Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT] was the most traded share with a turnover of 2.5 million kuna ($385,000/332,000 euro). Its shares ended unchanged at 186 kuna compared to the closing price on Thursday.
The preferred shares of diversified holding company Adris [ZSE:ADRS2] gained 0.23% to finish at 429 kuna in a turnover of 2.1 million kuna.
Shares of shipping company Atlantska Plodivba [ZSE:ATPL] dropped 6.20% to close at 484 kuna in a turnover of 1.99 million kuna. The company said that it booked a consolidated net profit of 90.8 million kuna in the first nine months of 2021, after recording a net loss of 50 million kuna in the same period of last year.
Shares of hotel operator Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] fell 2.45% to end at 31.80 kuna. It said on Friday that its nine-months its consolidated operating revenue rose 135.5% year-on-year to 1.5 billion kuna in the first nine months of 2021, as the number of tourist overnights more then doubled.
The ZSE's total turnover fell to 40.9 million kuna 48.2 million kuna on Thursday.
