September 15 (SeeNews) - Croatian IT equipment and consumer electronics distributor and producer M San Grupa said it has decided to appoint Irena Langer-Breznik, deputy president of its management board, as CEO as of January 1.
Langer-Breznik will replace Miroslav Huzjak, who will become deputy president of the supervisory board as of the beginning of next year, the company said last week in a statement without elaborating on the reasons for the management reshuffle.
Earlier this year, M San Grupa said its non-consolidated net profit fell to 3.1 million kuna ($411,000/412,000 euro) in the first quarter of 2022, from 18.7 million kuna in the same period of last year, as its total revenue decreased to 500.6 million kuna from 545.2 million kuna.
